Excellent nutrients for growing healthy plants
I have had my Plantaform since December 2024 and have grown five plant packs. Three of these have been the Lettuce Mix because it grows so well and is has been very successful. I have not yet tried the Cherry Tomato & Greens Mix but have one to grow.
It was good but three of the pods never sprounted.
Most of the herbs grew really well. I think the cilantro needed to be harvested sooner, because it went brown quickly. The cilantro also wasn't very full/lush.
C'était ma première utilisation du Plantaform. Les légumes ont poussés très rapidement. Le bockchoy a été très productif mais les épinards n'ont malheureusement pas bien poussé. Ils sont restés petits et jaunâtres. Ça a fait beaucoup de verdure d'un coup au moment de la récolte. La prochaine fois je ferai peut-être la moitié de la boite plutôt que la boite complète.
Nice mix of lettuce..I, especially, liked the several types of romaine. Will buy this mix, again..
The plants were ready at different times. My tomatoes are not ready yet and my lettuce is long gone. I still have basil growing but it will be done before the tomatoes ripen.
I loved the basil it grew beautifully, I haven’t tried the dill, I found the thyme was just ok, and the lemon basil was bitter. I love my machine but find it was better for lettuces.

It looks beautiful, provides me with plenty of micro-greens for topping hamburgers, bacon and guac sandwiches, and pasta dishes.

So happy am I to remove one of the magnetic windows and start snipping and shaping the plants. Peat-free, pest-free and easy on the water bill, also helps to make me very happy with my purchase.

We're on day 61 now and have harvested lettuce along with basil. The cherry tomatoes are coming in nicely and will make for some superb snacking soon!
What we call the POD, it performs beyond expectations with simple watering, plant care and app-based guidance. The best part is that my wife can finally consume lettuce due to the lack of soil-based nickel!
Love the fact that they're a local Ottawa/Gatineau company and I'm proud to own such an amazing product that enriches our lives through healthy meals.

I had an overall great experience with Plantaform. I have had to email questions along the way and they do respond with helpful tips on what to do. As far as the harvest…. We started harvesting the lettuce mix before the app had us harvest and we were able to have almost 3 weeks of lettuce. 🥬 Once you hit the harvest button the Plantaform will stop producing the fog plus we don’t want to harvest everything at once and maybe only have 3 days to eat it all. That’s a lot and a waste of money to spend $30 for three days worth of lettuce. I’m happy we were able to have 3 weeks worth of lettuce. I went through the quick clean. The middle part to clean was a bit difficult at first as there was hard brown stuff on the device. I mixed vinegar and water in a clean spray bottle and used a sponge to help clean the inside of the plantaform. I was able to get most of the brown stuff off. Overall, we love it and so does our red foot tortoise 🐢 who loves her fresh lettuce. Now we are doing the salad mix.
Purchased Plantaform about a month ago. Item was defective and had to return it to Amazon. Contacted Plantaform told them of the problem with the unit. They were very responsive and sent out a new unit as soon as the old unit was received by amazon. Plantaform compensated me for the inconvenience. I am very happy with the way things worked out. The Plantaform is great and works as described on the website. the process of growing lettuce was much easier than growing in the garden and the plants are flawless. Plantaform is a great company to deal with and I highly recommend their products.

After our first growing cycle, customer support was very responsive to resolve our issues. Vegetables that were grown were tasty and fresh.
Cher mais très intéressant comme culture. Nous sommes rendus à la récolte. Le goût des aliments est vraiment bon, croustillant, frais. Le seul hic... manque de variété dans les packs. J'aurais aimé avoir des fruits et des légumes autre que des tomates et de la salade.
Mise à jour après 55 jours:
Nous avons récolter 2 plants de salade et les avons refait pousser en terre. Le résultat est super! Ça a fonctionné et nous pouvons réutiliser nos salades! Plus question d'attendre un autre 40 jours avant d'avoir de la salade fraîche. Prochain pack que nous allons essayer les tomates cerises.
Quelques trucs pour récupérer et retransplanter vos salades avec succès
1- avoir une bonne terre aérée et un pot perforé.
2- avoir une lampe pour l'aider à grandir (la nôtre est allumé de 8h à 20h)
3- arroser tous les 2-3 jours
Prochains test: garder les paniers, insérer des pastille fiji, insérer des graines de fruits et de légumes

Mise à jour: les salades sorties ont maintenant 2 mois au total, elles sont très grandes et ça fonctionne à l'extérieur. On essaie le pack des tomates cerises. À date tout va bien. Il y a une pods qui n'a pas poussé, j'en ai profité pour y mettre des graines de fraises... ça poussé bien à date!!!!
