At Plantaform, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Below is an overview of our shipping policies:
Order Processing
Please note that all orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times
- Plantaform Indoor Garden: Arrives within 5-10 business days after processing.
- Plant Packs & Accessories: Arrives within 3-5 business days after processing.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: On orders over $90 within Canada and the United States.*
- Standard Shipping: A flat fee of $10 applies for orders under $90.*
