We are actively planning on expanding our shipping services to the rest of the world. Plantaform is working on logistics and distribution to ensure that people all around the world can purchase and receive the Rejuvenate in a timely manner.

Plantaform provides free shipping on orders over $75 within Canada.
You will receive an order confirmation right after you place your order from us at info@plantaform.com. A shipping confirm will be sent once your order is received and packed.
Yes, you can! Once your Rejuvenate is assembled and packaged you will have the option for an in-store pickup at our office in Gatineau, Quebec. Also during the checkout process you can select "Pick up at Plantaform Office/Store".
If your Rejuvenate or any order from Plantaform arrives damaged or incorrect, send us an email at info@plantaform.com and we will handle any correction or returns needed.
If the Plantaform product you ordered is on backorder or out-of-stock we will notify you once it is available once again for shipment & delivery.
All Rejuvenate shipments and deliveries are signature required in order to receive the package. However, Pod Packs and Plantaform Accessory orders are not.
Returns
At Plantaform, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Our return and refund option for our products under specific conditions is outlined below:
60-Day Return Policy:
We offer a full refund within 60 days of receiving your Indoor Garden or Plant Pods, provided the following conditions are met:
1) Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or confirmation email.
2) Condition of Items: The items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, in the same condition as when they were delivered to you. Any items that have been opened or used may be subject to a restocking fee.
Defective Products
If the Indoor Garden or Plant Pod Packs are defective, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 60 Days of receiving the product. Please contact our support team at support@plantaform.com to initiate the process.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@plantaform.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label via email and give you additional shipping instructions and any other necessary information.
Important Information
1) Third-Party Purchases: Refunds are not available for products purchased through third-party sellers, retail partners, or other websites. Please refer to their return policies for any returns or exchanges.
2) Gifted Items: The same 60 day return policy applies to gifted Indoor Gardens, provided they are returned unopened and in the original packaging.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives with the wrong items, is damaged, or is missing any components, please contact us immediately at support@plantaform.com and we will correct the issue at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and processed, we will refund your original payment method, within 5-10 business days.
Additional Considerations (as per Canadian Law)
Restocking Fees: If items are returned outside of their original packaging, or in opened condition, we may charge a restocking fee.
Receipt Requirement: A sales receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

If you wish to receive a refund on your Indoor Garden, simply let the Plantaform team know by emailing support@plantaform.com within the 60-Day period and we will look to complete the transaction.
If requested within the 60-Day return policy window, you can expect to get your refund back into the account that you had originally purchased your Indoor Garden minus the return shipping costs, within 5-10 business days.
Yes! The same 60-Day return policy is in place for gifted purchases as well.
Please notify the Plantaform team at support@plantaform.com right away if you receive the wrong, damaged, or missing items in your order and we will take care of it.
Warranty
Rejuvenate comes with a 2 year warranty. To be eligible for a warranty replacement, the following criteria must be met:
1) You purchased Rejuvenate within the previous year and can demonstrate that by providing proof of purchase, such as an order number or an email confirmation.
2) If you bought Rejuvenate from a third-party reseller, retail partner, or website, you must submit a copy of your original receipt.
To inquire about a Rejuvenate warranty issue, please contact the Plantaform team at info@plantaform.com. We will give you shipping instructions and other relevant information, if necessary. Please note that we cannot provide a warranty replacement for damage that was caused by the user.
We guarantee that our Plantaform Pod Packs will germinate within 6 months of delivery.
While our Rejuvenate Plant Pods provide an ideal environment for plant growth, you may be entitled to a replacement Plant Pod or Pod Pack under the following circumstances:
1) No germination occurs within 3 weeks.
2) The plant is afflicted with a disease.
Please take note of the following information regarding replacement plant pods:
- Plantaform Plant Pods must be cultivated using only Rejuvenate and Plantaform Accessories (such as Pod Plugs, Germination Domes, Plantaform Nutrients, etc.).
- Please send us some photographs of your plants and Rejuvenate setup.
- Please be aware that Rejuvenate is intended for indoor use only. We cannot replace Plant Pods if they have been kept outside or if Rejuvenate has been used outside.
To ask about a Plant Pod warranty issue, please contact us at info@plantaform.com. In your message, please confirm the age of your plants and the room temperature so that we can provide the best plant care advice as needed.
The warranty period for Rejuvenate begins on the day that you receive it from delivery.
