There are many ways to subscribe. You can either create an account on the Plantaform™ website or on the Plantaform™ mobile app. In the mobile app, go to “My subscription plan” and select from the available plans.
Note that during holidays, delivery times may be longer than expected. Otherwise, you should estimate delivery time to be between 7 and 20 business days depending on your location.
You can keep the pods in their sealed cup and package for up to 24 months before using them. For best results, store them in dark and dry conditions, at ambient room temperature.

Please refer to the manual delivered with your product. You can also refer to your mobile app. To get the most out of Rejuvenate™, ensure that:
1- Your device is plugged and always powered.
2- Your water reservoir is above the minimum threshold as indicated on your Rejuvenate™.
3- Your nutrient reservoir is full before each harvest cycle.
4- Your Rejuvenate™ LEDs are all working.
5- The glass doors remain closed most of the time during the harvest cycle.
We recommend adding the cleaning solution once after every harvest. From your mobile app, select the “cleaning mode” option and let Rejuvenate™ cleanse itself
Mould and algae are not scientifically harmful to your plants. The fog produced by the device is enriched with nutrients and adjusted to the right pH level, providing the perfect growing conditions for your plants. Should mould arise, wipe off the mould with a paper towel and add the provided cleaning solution before your next harvest. The plants will be okay to grow and use after the mould has been removed. In parallel, to quickly solve that issue please set Rejuvenate™ to self-automated features. In addition, make sure that the room temperature ranges from 18C to 24C (64F to 75F).
